Important steps in the application
Signing up for the first time
1. Download the app and install it on your device
2. Open the app on your device. At the bottom of the screen, click on Register.
3. Registering to the app
a. Enter your details on the registration screen. These include your name, phone number, email, password and address
b. On the Welcome screen, enter additional details including height, weight etc.
c. On the next screen, sign up for the app
d. In the following screens, answer the onboarding questions. This will help us understand you better and tailor the app experience for your
4. Connecting devices.
Once logged into the app, you can connect devices that let you track your activities..
a. Go to the top left three line menu and click on it. On the menu that opens up, select Connect devices. Here you can connect a variety of devices to track your weight, steps, age, activity, height, blood sugar, blood pressure, health index, mindfulness, sleep, food, distance and burned energy
b. Click on each of these icons and connect a device after selecting from the options provided. You may need to enter a user name and password for those devices
5. Manual Tracking
The app also lets you track many metrics by allowing you to enter them manually
a. Click on Manual Plan from the drop down menu at the top left.
b. Select each metric and enter the value directly.

The app has a variety of resources that allow you to make better choices in your busy life
a. Meal Plans to provide healthy recipes
b. Find Food to help you locate healthy food near you
c. Grocery Stores to help you find nearby stores where you can buy food
d. Fitness Centers where you can work out
e. Pharmacies where you can buy medications
f. Hospitals where you can get care
